New Years 2026

Only 2 things on my mind.

And only for January to start.

  • No Dairy Milk (ie no chocolate)

  • No Ice Cream

When I quit drinking 2,220 days ago (6 years and a month) it was like turning off the circuit breaker such that no matter how many times I flick the light switch the light wasn’t going on. I stopped drinking that day and never looked back.

Eating obsessively has ironically been much much harder. I made it today. I prayed this morning, literally. And tomorrow I’ll work on it again.
